Hey there. So you're actually interested in me. The obvious statement is that you need help. Seriously, here's some vitals and writings.
Todd Charles Clayton

Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 150lbs. Dripping wet.
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue
By day I'm a mild mannered network engineer for the Royal Bank. Evenings I either work on this radio show, or generally noodle around with music and/or computers. Right at the moment I'm playing around with my new Sony MZ-RH10 Hi-MD portable minidisc recorder. I've being doing Real Synthetic Audio since January 1998, and I've been DJing in one way shape or form since September 1995. I started out with my buddy DJ Live Evil at the ill-fated re-opening of the Night Gallery, and then moved on over to The (again, ill fated) Sanctuary in January of 1996.
Since the Sanctuary has closed for good, I have no plans on returning to the club scene other than the occasional monthly gig, or a night out of recreational drinking. I hang out in rec.music.industrial on usenet on a daily basis, and I've made some damn good friends there. I've even travelled to the US twice to meet some of these people, such as: Robin (Damage), Tom Shear (Assemblage 23), Elias (Dubok), Ian and Rian (Flesh Field), Charles (Lost Signal), The Rev and Monkeyboy (Manhole Vortex), Chris (Inception Records), Eric (Gashed! Records), Alexander (SPOCK), Isaac (Cesium:137), and Steph (Raisinlove).
I'm truly a celebrity now. The January 2000 edition of UK based print magazine "Webspace" has yours truly featured in an article dealing with the internet radio convergence. The file in in Adobe Acrobat format. Read the 1 meg PDF here.

Divorce
Divorce sucks. Nuff said.
Cats

| Gandalf | Pixel |
I currently live with two cats. Firstly, there's Gandalf. He's a fat white domestic short hair (DSH) who I rescued from the humane society. Apparently he was found as a kitten wandering around, abandoned, at Yonge and Dundas. For those who don't live in Toronto, that's right downtown. I've had him since 1994, and is my best buddy. He follows me around the house and sleeps on the bed every night.
Pixel was my ex-wife's 21st birthday present. He's a brown tabby who until recently had a very aloof attitude. These days he comes looking for attention, much like Gandalf. Both of my cats are inseparable friends. A house is just a house. But a house with cats is a home.
Books
I'm an avid reader. Give me sci-fi like Jerry Pournelle, Robert Heinlein, or S.M. Stirling. Give me a good mystery like Sue Grafton, or Ed McBain. History? There's some damn good books about the Space Race which have been coming out lately. I'll read 'em all. I can't go a day without reading for at least 2 hours. Both to and from work on transit and half an hour before sleeping. It exercises my mind in ways that my more "logical" job related work doesn't. Just no freaking elves, OK? Oh yeah, and Jack Womack provokes a thought or three with his bleak outlook on the future.
Doctor Who

Lalla Ward and Tom Baker
Since I was about 12 years old I've been a huge fan of Doctor Who. The above photo was taken from my favorite episode City Of Death which had a cameo from John Cleese! I've collected many of the tapes, and naturally enough the period with Tom Baker as the Doctor and Lalla Ward as Romana. It looks pretty cheesy now, but considering my favorite period was from 1975-1981, it's really not that bad for a weekly show 20 years ago!
